1. Fund Developmental Coordinator
This should be an enthusiastic self motivated individual with some experience in fund raising. This person will lead and coordinate fundraisers consisting of cold calling local businesses for sponsorships, creating budgets, meeting with business owners, seeking grants and will be a spokes person for Philadelphia Hope House as needed. This person must have strong references and we prefer a four year university degree in Business.
2. Christian Counselors
Seeking individuals with a strong background in Christian Biblical counseling and prefer a minimum four year university degree. Should be willing to take extended training through Hope House and will be required to attend annual Christian counseling seminars. Must be willing to work with teens and parents in an individual / group atmosphere.
3. Administrator
Looking for an organized team player that has some experience in an office atmosphere. Must be able to schedule and coordinate exhibit events. This person will support all staff members with meetings, scheduling, correspondence, quarterly news letter, speaking engagements and travel arrangements when necessary. Prefer a minimum two year degree in secretarial practices.
4. Book Keeper
Seeking a person with a background in accounting or not for profit organizations. Prefer a person with a four year degree in accounting and knowledge of Quick-books not for profit program. Will handle all payroll and accounting questions. Must be willing to work with accounting firm annually and run all business reports when needed. Must keep organized records and ready for audits when needed. This person must have strong references.
